HK Newsletter Jan. 2022 – Service Network

Opening new Service Branches in Atlanta, L.A, Cincinnati and St. Louis

Over the last several years, HK Laser & Systems has been growing rapidly, serving now over 300customers across the nation. HK is committed to selling top-tier quality products, but with that, HK is alsoraising its standards on service and support.

One of HK’s goals is to reinforce its service forces and expand its current service network across thecountry, allowing for more flexibility and assurance.

In 2021, HK Laser & Systems added a new national service manager and opened a remote-support callcenter, and Kevin Puumala and Tim Deluca will take the lead for each position. With regards to theservice network, HK added two service branches to its service network; one located in Atlanta, GA andthe other in Los Angeles, CA.

Getting now into 2022, HK decided to expand even more, opening two more service branches inCincinnati, OH and St. Louis, MO. The reason behind the expansion is to create a customer servicesystem where HK can support most of its customers quicker in each local base because our servicenetwork is now located across various cities in the U.S., instead of just Chicago.

HK Laser & Systems will continue to grow, as HK is planning to add two or more service technicians andopen another service branch as soon as it is ready. HK is committed to supporting our customers bycontinuously growing its service capacity and expanding the service network.
